Ty-Stein-MD Ty Stein graduated from the University of Colorado in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science with honors in Aerospace Engineering. He earned his medical degree in 1978 from Loyola-Stritch School of Medicine, and completed his residency at SIU Affiliates.

He has been in private practice since 1984 and co-founded Fox Valley Internal Medicine in 1996. Dr. Stein is board certified in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. He is also Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified and Advanced Wilderness Life Support (AWLS) certified.

Bonnie Bremer MD Bonnie Bremer graduated cum Laude from the University of North Dakota in 1976 with a bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She earned her medical degree in 1984 from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Bremer completed her residency at Abbott/Northwestern Hospital in Minnesota.

Dr. Bremer holds academic appointments at the University of Illinois - College of Medicine and Rosalind Franklin Medical School. She has practiced in McHenry County since 1999 and is board certified in Internal Medicine.

George Urban graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts in Physiology. He earned his medical degree in 1991 from the University of Illinois, and completed his residency at the University of Chicago/Lutheran General.
